Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Required Documentation

To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
 Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with visible signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider – refunds may take some time to reflect.
  3. Contact your bank – processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at support@besaeshop.com and send your item to the return address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
