Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized clothing (e.g., monogrammed, tailored).

  • Gift cards and vouchers.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Clothing showing obvious signs of wear.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us.

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays are sometimes possible.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size (subject to stock availability).

To request an exchange, please email us at info@bytecurv.shop and send your item to the return address below.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
