• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• If payment has already been made, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

3. Customized / Personalized Orders

• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
